I needed to replace a flimsy, cracked plastic well cover, with something safe enough for my children to be around. Bernie came to my home quickly, made a custom cover onsite, and installed it so fast. He even cleaned the inside of the window well and dusted the new cover, I really appreciate good service and this was great! I received a lifetime warranty as well! Thank you!

I contacted Bernado on Friday am and he had some work somewhere else near by, he said he would stop by that same day in the afternoon and he did exactly that. No only that, but he also did explain the different products he had, and made great recommendations. To say that his work was great is an understatement, he made sure we understood what we were paying for, it's use and the extra safety it provided to our home. By the way!!!! he took off his shoes when walking nto my house, something i do personally. So not just great work, great customer service, also great value and respect for other people's space. Custom cut well covers. The product is super strong. They used good thick aluminum for the back and cross bars. I got a same day estimate and the covers were installed three days later. Workers were clean and polite as well.
